Each 40 minute session includes a tried and tested programme of cardio and resistance training. Switching between treadmills, rowing machines and weight training/resistance sections, we constantly change the workout so you don’t get bored, and your body never plateaus.
Beat Theory Fitness is open to all adults and teens from 16 years and older. All fitness levels are welcome. From power walkers to elite athletes, every session is designed to push you individually.
If you are attending a Beat Theory Studio for the first time, please arrive 30 minutes prior to the start time, so your coach can get to know your goals, your abilities and properly prepare you for the most efficient, science-based workout you will ever experience.
